My Story

I'd always had a vague notion that one day I would try a Triathlon. And that day was always well in the future. Now "that day" was today and I can now say I've finished the Dorney Lake novice triathlon!

It was a glorious day (26 deg C) which made jumping into a cold lake at the start very bearable and I managed to get around the whole course in just over 1 hour. 

I'm absolutely delighted with the funds raised. Thanks so much to everyone for their very kind sponsorship as that really helped me focus on my training leading up to this.

A reminder that all money raised will be used for our core projects that aim to double the number of people we support by 2025, to grow a community of members who will be able to access our life-changing services in new and more convenient ways.
